Facade Solar System

The standardised or custom-made frameless solar laminates are the architecture of the future and are produced using only the very best quality materials. Aesthetics meet individuality Individual manufactured facade systems means high aesthetic, frameless solar laminates.

Facade Shadow System

Solar laminates for façades integrate photovoltaics harmoniously into your building façade.
The standardised or custom-made frameless solar laminates are the architecture of the future and are produced using only the very best quality materials.

We work continually and consistently on improving our products, meaning we are always up to date with the very latest technological developments.

Curtain-wall, rear-ventilated Solar façade

Solar laminates can be mounted in any form on a façade. The frameless elements are hung on the façade and, with optimum rear ventilation, produce above-average annual energy yields. We work with only the most efficient silicon cells, using primarily monocrystalline technology. The anthracite-coloured design of the solar laminates is highly attractive. The electrical junction boxes for the DC connection are positioned individually on the rear of the laminate in order to keep cable connections short and unobtrusive Planners provide advice on each individual project to ensure the highest levels of functionality and optimum energy yields.

Tailor-made Solar Modules

Besides the standardised façade elements (measuring 1678 x 1046 mm), we also offer custom-made solar laminates to give your façade an individual design. The maximum size of the elements is 1500 x 2750 mm with an electrical output of approx. 560 Wp. The solar laminates conform to the structural requirements of the building, the location and the type of mounting bracket used. In the case of design projects, we advise you on the range of possibilities and use of special oversized modules or special silicon cells.

Mounting System

There is little difference between the way solar façades and conventional glass façades are mounted. The use of posts and slide bearing constructions, systems with bearing points fixed on the glass edge or screwed into the solar laminate, or adhesive mounting systems on the rear of the solar laminate are all suitable. It should be ensured that, as far as possible, the construction components of the mouting system do not cast shadow on the silicon cells in the solar laminate, whatever the position of the sun. This is to avoid loss of yield. The mounting system should maintain a minimal distance to the façade or alternatively sufficient distance between the silicon cells and the glass edges of the solar module. It is essential to have the solar laminates and mounting system correctly and professionally installed in order to ensure maximum energy yields and the success of the solar project as a whole.
